The caves used in the Cave Demons episode of Lost Tapes are the Bronson Caves located in Bronson Canyon-Griffith Park in Los Angeles.
The actual source for the death scream in the first Five Nights at Freddy's game is from a British science-fiction horror film released in 1981 titled Inseminoid. The scream was emitted by English actress Judy Geeson when her character gives birth to an alien creature.

Even though the episode states that it was set in New Orleans, the house used in the episode is actually located at 2200 South Harvard Boulevard in Los Angeles. Ironically, this house is located right next door to the house used in the Vampire episode at 2218 South Harvard Boulevard.

If you listen closely, you can hear that some of the sounds the creature makes in the episode is taken directly from the game DOOM.

The lake that was used in the Oklahoma Octopus episode is Lake Piru which is located at Los Padres National Forest in Ventura County, California.

NOTE: The actual octopus location is Lake Thunderbird in Norman, Oklahoma.
